- Ask for help if you need itFor extra time or other adjustments, email assessments@tph.tfl.gov.uk before you book. Send a short note about your condition and evidence from a professional. Adjustments must be agreed before booking (TfL, SERU pages).
- Book in your TfL accountSign in to your TfL taxi and private hire customer account. Go to Manage My Bookings and choose the centre, date and time. TfL holds the slot for 30 minutes while you finish.
- Pay £40PHV: pay online when you book. Taxi: pay on the day, by card, not American Express (TfL, Notice 06/25). The fee is £40, resit £30, since 9 March 2026 (TfL, Notice 05/26). TfL sends a booking letter. Keep it: you need it to get into the centre.
- Change only if you mustYou can move or cancel a booking at most 2 times, so pick a date you can keep.
We link to TfL instead of printing phone numbers, because they change. Checked 3 Nov 2026.
